yes....they got DQ'd for a run or two because they didnt have a rudder.you have to meet the compjet rules to be elidgable (515ci max - natural asperated - rudder - etc)
Where would one find a complete copy of these rules. I want to make sure we put the boat together right the first time and not get DQ'd the first time I show up somewehre. And I definately don't want the engine builder to do anything that would require a new engine as even though I work for the gov't they won't let me opperate with a huge deficit so I can put together a top notch racing program. Maybe I can incorporate the racing program and ask them for a bailout.
