My neighbor came over today with a sad look on his face! When I told him the area they found it in he did looked shocked! Today he tells me his (old) friend danny who drives this huge excursion who used to come by all the time and check out the boat also builds sandrails!!!! We are heading over his house now guess he all of a sudden got his sandrail up and running and is camping somewhere!!!! Keep you guys posted

He lives 4 blocks from where they found it!

Wow I'm in shock over this whole ordeal. My boat has sat in my driveway unlocked for over a month. Now I got a chain through my wheel and a tongue lock. And now this part of it makes me really think about all the friends of friends that have been over... I'm all tense waiting for the ending.

The best advice I can give you is dont do anything thats going to get you in trouble. It aint worth it.

If this guy turns out to be 'the guy'....just call the cops and let them handle it. I know street justice would be gratifying, but it wont be if you land yourself in the pokey.

Update!!! When you steal something dont leave parts behind! pulled up to the house n sitting in the driveway was a piece of my boat! His girlfriend gave him up right away n let me go into there garage where I find my heads/cam/gear drive! So I get a video tapped confession from her telling everything, video of all my parts in his house etc. I call him on the phone and tell him he has two options bring my engine back , (which he put aluminum heads on a new cam, thanks dumb ass) n pull it out and cough up some bread for the damage or i call the cops and we can go that route!!! At the moment we are pulling my engine out of his piece of junk sand rail and pretty much cleaning out his shop!!! Now i gotta start shopping for a hull!! keep you guys posted!!! Thanks again for all your support you guys made this whole ordeal a little easier!!!!!!!!

All I gotta say is...The replacement cost of that engine is well over $6,000.....That puts the word "grand" in front of anything he is found guilty of, that makes it a felony........

Unless this dickbag comes up with $10,000 green money (talkin' tens and twenties) he don't walk away from being prosecuted.

These tweakers are too damn common and if I ever catch anyone touching my personal property, there will be no second offense.

I hate worthless walks of life like that.....I would have police there in a New York minute, I would be willing to bet you are not the only victim.

Glad you are going to get some stuff back, but the anguish he put you through alone would be enough to make his life hell on earth....
