Awsome lake. Very few if any beachs. But i still love that lake. Unfortunatly this year you have to wear a life jacket while your on the lake no matter age.

Its a decent lake,  and really nice water can be found up river from the main body.  But like bigmike posted, not much in the way of nice beaching areas.  Its mostly muddy or rocky (small rocks).   Add to that the new MANDATORY live vest law on that lake this year and I think I would look for somewhere better to spent my 4th of July.

Some pics of Pine Flat
Up river a bit from the main body.  Thats a fairly standard Pine Flat shoreline.

Main body of the lake (middle of winter so no other boats messin up the water).

Welcome to the club of broken boats :o  Pay here$ bend over and move along.

That's one way to look at it, But if you jump in without a vest it's a $150.00 fine! Good Luck
