To make a long story short I tore down my 460 in my boat at the end of summer and found I had a few ovaled cylinders also a leaky valves after a good 12 yrs of use it was a good motor. My initial plan was to have a 557 built but funds are not allowing as of now and the other day I picked up a fresh from machine shop .30 over semi dished pistons stock OEM rods/crank for dirt cheap $500 (guy decided he wants a Chevy so I win) but for the 557 I purchased a wiand dual t-ram with 750's on top (used to have a single offy t-ram with 850) also I have a set of procomp aluminum heads I purchased from a fellow boater, which were bare heads when he got them but had stainless Manley valves and have springs that he says are capable of up to 700 lift.. (I know some don't like procomp but have been told they are a good head to purchase bare) anyway.. I am going to call lunati tomorrow and try to get some kinda custom grind to match what I have going on. Figured I'd ask here first because, well its for a jet boat! LOL if anyone has input like what cams they have used I'm pointing more toward hydraulic flat rapper w/ roller rockers.. thanks in advance!

Guess I should also state the boat is an 18ft Nordic bubble deck with a JB pump, Dominator bowl (fully detailed front to back with stuffer plate) detailed aluminum A impeller from rex marine. Not expecting 100 mph with what I got but I it to descent. Let's just say I wanna get 65-75 out of her
