New to site :)

I've had one of my boats for 33 years that one is a 1973 Rally Sport BBC 454 great ride.  Just got this other one about 6 months ago.  I'm in the process of building a 1974 Crusader 508 BBC twin turbo.  My question is I have a couple of the Harman water cooled exhaust manifolds that have the cooling at the top.  They are in great shape.  The question I have is I pulled the cooling inlet off the front of the manifold that runs along the exhaust ports and looked inside.  I expected to see the water jacket run all the way down to the last cylinder port but it doesn't ? it take a turn downward.  So just was wondering if anyone may knew how the water path in the manifold runs.  Not how to hook them up but how the water actually run through manifold.  I'll post pictures later when I figure out how to upload them they all seam to be either sideways or half pictures ? thanks.
