Anything in July?
« on: May 23, 2011, 08:40:20 AM »
I know we got Fathers Day coming up next, which we wont be able to make that trip either. Just wondering if there is anything in the wotks for a July trip anywhere? Were really wanting to get out there with everyone, but shit keeps coming up :banghead:
Maybe a Havasu channel trip?

Brandon,
Plan something and I'll be there. I miss you, momma & my dog. The 4th of July might be a good weekend?

havasu is one of the places I grew up going to, and as much fun as big weekends are sometimes, Havasu is so stupidly crowded on said weekends. we always used to go the week before or after. I will get some dates together, throw them out there, see if I cant make something happen. A nice long day sitting in the channel, people watching seems to be in my and momma's future real soon.

I'd rather go out on Mead, with the LV crew that knows the lake. Find a cove and camp, sounds bitchin' to me.
