maybe a sawzall would be your friend for getting the bigger stuff? I got a couple of them with long blades...maybe you can borrow one from someone and make quick work of it...what i would do is probably make the hole bigger, and early in the morning get my ass in there and goto town, and when it gets to miserable to stand i would call it quits for the day...of course this is coming from someone that paid a kid 5 bucks to crawl under the bow's of one of my boats with 2 wires for the bow light lol

ya a sawzall would be great with like a 10 inch blade, i didnt even think of that. and yeah it was hot under the bow. was sweating my a$$ off. and i hear ya on making the hole bigger. its bigger than it looks in the pictures. optical illusion i guess. maybe cut the hole a bit wider....to like stringer width. i dunno. i stil have alot of work to do to it thats for sure.

Here's what I ran into with my Tahiti. It was all one big chunk. Mine got stuck and I had to break it up into about 4 pieces.

::) Well maybe a bit more than just the bulkhead.   Actually that is the one the foam blob came from and it came out before the sawzall session.   Just slid right out once the bulkhead was gone,  it was just sitting under there with a bow tank in the middle of the blob.  I guess the fuel filler cap and hose held it all in place.  :screwy:
