Time for new interior
« on: June 27, 2019, 07:52:51 AM »
Hey guys Iím kind of stuck. Looking to re do the interior of the boat l, but canít decide keep it all the same or change it up. Thinking gray carpet instead of blue and white seats with subtle gray and orange accents. What do yíall think?

If it were me, I'd probably do the dark carpet (grey, black whatever) and re do the seats back to orginal. I love the 90s colors but like having a dark carpet

Yeah I noticed yesterday the Bimini wouldnít match if I change the seat color. And the blue carpet to me is just overwhelming since everything else is blue haha

Second part to this....redo all the Anodized blue parts or change to orange powdercoat? I changed a couple of the cup holders to see what it looked like. Let me know what you guys think Iím also open to other colors as well. I just think there is way too much blue on the boat hahaha

I'd say keep them blue or do silver or the clear coated ones. It would match your wheel. I think orange might stand out too much. Especially if your trying to dial back the interior a little. I would keep all the accent colors to a minimum and do blue or polished/silver on any accessories. I agree  though. You got alot of blue going on, lol.

I think the blue carpet looks right. Personally, for the interior, I would go all white or cream white with either orange or blue piping.

I think itís too much blue haha but yes I was thinking the same on the interior if I donít keep all of the colors in it. And either way I do it the white will be the color it is now which is a cream pearl white like this.....

My boat is all blue and silver. Everyone told me that it will be too much of the color blue when I put in blue carpet and blue seats. I get so many people telling that they canít believe all that blue works and pops so well.

Little update finally chose an interior guy starting next month. Also chose to keep the same colors just minimize the color lines and have it flow better also cut out all the piping. Will look something similar to the color lines on this boat. Also decide on a charcoal grey carpet.

Anyone have a good gel coat guy thatís reasonably priced? Wanna have some scratches and patches touched up while the interior is out.
