I went out to the lake yesterday with my family in tow along with my sister-in-law and her daughter in their barge. I drop the 24' monster in the water at Callville and since it's so low right there at the ramp I tell my sister-in-law not to put the drive all the way down until she's out 50 or so feet. Just as I start to brag about how good my brothers wife is with their equipment I turn around to see her almost back into another boat (the guy is screaming at her, this is what attracted my attention) so with the drive still in the all the way up or "trailer" mode she puts it in forward and just about blows this guy off of his boat, lmao. Then is headed for the small dock at the ramp, can't find the emergency brake (I'm almost crying just trying to type this) so she reahes over the windshield to try and stop it from hitting the dock (all at a very slow speed) and then manages to front flip out of the boat into the water (fully dressed ofcourse). I park barely out of the way and go help her. It took all I had, knowing how embarrassed she was not to laugh in her face. No people or boats were injured during the making of this story btw. So the moral here is, don't give anybody too much credit and always, I mean always, bring a video camera so that we can all enjoy!
