Definitely getting an early start.  We should be there unless the water level is low.

We launched from McIntyre today. Not very crowded today. We were the only boat in Goose Flats and saw a total of about 4 boats on the water.

Water level going to be very low tomorrow according to coloradoriverinfo.com

I have always thought anything below 10000 cfs was low and tomorrow water level to be 9000 cfs

Might be too low for me and my wacker.

so are you thinking of not launching. we could just hit one of the sand bars and stay in the deeper parts of the river. i am not going to let water levels keep me down. just dont go under the ten fwy.hahha. that is where i naild that rock last year.

Not sure what we are doing tomorrow yet.  WAter level dropped considerbly today while we were in Goose Flats.   Kind of tough to be out when water is low with a whacker. :D

i wish they would not drop the water on the big weekends. that is shitty. drop it at night that is fine. but fill the fuker back up in the morn and afternoon so we can play. i dont think i will be having any problems with a flatty jet so i will be out there hope to see you. feel free to give me a ring if you are out on the water tomorrow. we might be at a sand bar for a while or watermellon or gilligans island. who knows. but i will be out on the water.

later
tony

We arent sure what we are doing yet.   We both sitting in the hotel dying from being so darn sunburn.  Couldnt get the boat started on Tuesday afternoon when got here and didnt have any sunblock on.   Needless to say, the arms and neck got roasted while was trying to figure out what was wrong.  Ended up being overly flooded.  Was odd since that has never happened before.

I can't believe it has taken eight hours over three days and my trailer is still busted.  No river trip for me this weekend.  I guess we are going to the beach instead tomorrow.  Hope everyone has a great weekend and takes the time to make a call to thank a Vet for their service to this country.  Fly your flags people!!!
"Go ahead Rivertard does it.  Take a video though."

..Wake up in yer underwear in the parking lot and realize they're not YOUR boxers, well...........maybe that's just Ray

Ended up coming home since woke up feeling like crap from being roasted like a turkey.  Didnt think the body could take another day in the baking sun even with all the sunscreen.
