You don't have to have crazy good credit these days to get a loan, but you do have to show income.  I do real estate in Southern Cal, but I do have a couple friends in Vegas that are good.  I'll check, but I'm pretty sure you have have some 1% down payment options up there, but I know for a fact you can get in with 3.5% down.  Your already there with your savings.  I only say this as you may be better off buying now as your income is high before you come into your slow season.

I'd just fix the boat you have instead of spending $4k for a Southwind hull.  I was just part of a southwind sale for an extremely clean and running boat for $5,500.  I recommend everyone I know to buy a CP, Daytona, Cheyenne, Rogers, TPR, or Youngblood though.  I'm really biased though, that is for sure.

Yo can you call me to talk home loan stuff 702-265-3719

Well on somethings I agree with GT I am on the conservative side with having money for a rainy day so I think I'll just keep holding out and I'm just gonna work on and fix my boat I'll just do all the work myself I just love that hull GT and he won't budge off of 4k OK it's a rare boat it's the Southland bottom with a bubble deck top registered as a south wind. Has a shoeride play loader pumps that back but I'm just gonna keep save my Dough  I find the right house.

As far as the housing market in Vegas you can get something really nice from 205 to 250k and that will be between 2 to 4 bedrooms pool and RVparking in those ranges. Housing here has not made it back up to where they were a house that is 250 now used to be 360 so there still room for growth until the bubble breaks again or because I'm going to be buying after the election I'll find out how with the economy is gonna look like

My job is a luxury technically I tattoo but I tattoo good spot that is super high traffic and we rely more on global economy more than local economy

I'm 3-6 months away I have 17k in home fund am in last stage of working on my credit. But for some reason I'm in love with this boat 4K no moto no pump nice interior bottom looks good so I'm struggling to stay on my course if I miss another summer I'll go crazy I spent just over 1000 renting boats this summer n missed all meets.

Also I'm about to hit my slow season for work next three months and only make 1/3 or half my usual checks

OK so my boat is a pile. Now I can either remove my tanks put in ss tanks, get my tanks repaired do some fiberglass work to the floor the bulkhead n the dash and keep it. But I have my eye on a really nice hull that I can get but I'm saving for a house and I don't want to spend my money on it but I want to boat I missed hanging out with everybody at the lake this year and the river what would you guys do repair what you have or purchase a new home or new float. I know this sounds like a no-brainer man I want this boat

Thanks Jordan I sent a text millers I think are very pretty boats.

Daniel the wood behind the dash (crossmember?) needs to be re tabbed to the hull (the capping on the hull shows cracking where the boat flex at that point. In of the right stinger where subfloor meets the hull shows a nice crack where to much horse power twisted the hull, then the biggest problem is the po when installing intake n shoe measured n wrong installed wrong so the ride plate would not sit at a good angle instead of shimming it they ground trough the bottom of the hull along with the transom adapter to
install the ride plate. When I bought the new pump we found that and fill the hull gap with the epoxy used the set a pump so the hull didn't leak (not the best repair but it worked). Also the hull has a big hook in the bottom and she runs just shy or at 80mph. I've come across a few boats that I've liked and I've could've sold parts in them and my whole recoup most my money but I'm saving for a house I 17 K saved I need 13 more and I can buy a house also Nevada had good grants for homes here so right now I don't know if I want to buy something or just take the time and slowly fix what I got but I would like a full stringer boat I know you don't need one till over 600 horse but I built my motor right at the limit of being able to bolts on a blower so I have room to add way more horse I'm only at like 470 right now I have a brand-new pump JG with an inducer all my cables are new my motor has about 10 hours my place diverter is all new new cylinder new pump I just don't know what I want to do so I just want to keep my motor in good shape till I figure it out the easiest thing to do would be to just repair what I have pulled these tanks see if I can get them repaired but the Tahiti is not really the boat I want to have forever I want to build that boat you know what I mean.
