Couple different ways I’ve done it. I’ve done the soak in the pool/hose trick before with good results, then just bend it to your shape and secure. Also, you can kerf cut every 1/2” or so to relieve the tension on your bend. Sorry I don’t have pics specifically but I hope this helps with your build.

Clearing out some exhaust systems from the garage. I used these for mock up and had to switch directions on the build so they now need to go. I have one set of Harman Marine logs/snails that have water cooled flanges, perfect for a TT setup. I'm looking for $350 on this set. Note black logs in the pic are already sold. Second set are Guardians, look to be in ok shape but I have never actually run them. Time has come to part ways with our bike.  I have owned this Harley for probably about 10 years now and it rarely sees the light of day anymore.  Other projects(the boat) require more attention at this point and it's time for someone else to enjoy.

That's a PFM turbo setup.  Pretty basic compared to a Banks deal, not a ton of info out there on this type of manifold. What's it doing?

Could be easier to convert to Berk. internals with an Energizer kit. Either way you are probably going to spend some dough to convert the hull or energize your jacuzzi.
