Clearing out some exhaust systems from the garage. I used these for mock up and had to switch directions on the build so they now need to go. I have one set of Harman Marine logs/snails that have water cooled flanges, perfect for a TT setup. I'm looking for $350 on this set. Note black logs in the pic are already sold. Second set are Guardians, look to be in ok shape but I have never actually run them. I also used these for mock up, looking for $60 obo. local pickup preferred of course(92882,Corona Ca.), any shipping is at your expense. Shoot me a PM and we can work out a deal, Brandon

Cars / Automobiles For Sale / 1990 Harley Softail
« on: September 26, 2016, 03:14:13 PM »
Time has come to part ways with our bike.  I have owned this Harley for probably about 10 years now and it rarely sees the light of day anymore.  Other projects(the boat) require more attention at this point and it's time for someone else to enjoy.

1990 Harley Softail
80" Evo with 5 speed trans.
Progressive drop-in fork kit
Platinum Air Ride rear suspension with on-board compressor
21" chrome 60 spoke front with Metzler white wall
Wild 1 Chubbys' Beach Bar
Dual exhaust with fishtail mufflers
Crane cams ignition
S&S super E carb
New voltage regulator
Newer style seat
Detachable passenger backrest
Chrome swing arm
New tail light
Fresh black powder coat frame
New main and rear wiring harness
New steering head bearings
Currently painted semi gloss black
Extra parts including original front wheel and tire, trim, etc.
New battery 4/9/16
This bike is not perfect and has been a work in progress for many years. It run's strong and shifts solid, we just had it out last weekend.  $6100 OBO, price is negotiable but I'm looking to sell not trade. PM me for more info, thanks

Brandon

X2,  pet cock valves on each side of the block  to drain after every  time we go out

I do the same.  Drain the block when I pull it out at the end of a weekend.

That's a PFM turbo setup.  Pretty basic compared to a Banks deal, not a ton of info out there on this type of manifold. What's it doing?

Could be easier to convert to Berk. internals with an Energizer kit. Either way you are probably going to spend some dough to convert the hull or energize your jacuzzi.

One word,  prorated.

I've dealt with the insurance Co.

They choose the contractor,  they would not have repiped the entire house,  the roof was normal wear/tear,  they choose what goes back in and they nickel and dime you till you cry.

You're in good hands, I know because I can feel them in my ass.

Depending on how bad the leak is you may also be required to have an abatement company come through and certify that there is no mold prior to anyone insurance group wanting to touch that policy.  I deal with this from a  commercial aspect and it's a battle for years after the work has been complete. Pick your battles I guess.

your insurance should have paid for all the water damage dryout and repairs i.e. New cabinets countertops flooring yata yata

Sure, but what he would save on his mortgage would now be spent on insurance premiums and his house stuck with a water damage claim.

I feel your pain, I've been working on house projects for years now.  Just about done with a room addition that's been in the works for about 1.5 years and taking away from boat work! I now know why people don't pull permits, dealing with the city has been a PITA!
