Save your money and find someone to build it. Send it to cnc motorsports or something for half that.

Why aluminum? For the weight reduction or the flow?

I lifted it up to be able to sand the hull without taking it off of the trailer. It will sit low on the trailer. I want to do blue and white for sure.

Smoke in a pan fat side up with a little apple juice in the pan. Wrap at 165 and cook to 205. Rest for an hour and then shred. Never flip the meat.

Mash on it do you still have the boat in your profile pic? I bought one that looks identical to it about 10 years back in california.

Do you use a wet pan? Fill it with broth beer and butter to keep inside pit wet.

Yea I found it on that page about 7 years ago and luckily I got contacted by the owner. He was trying to buy my brothers Tx-19. I drove to delrio and picked it up.

Driving a jet boat to me is like driving a truck in slippery mud. Throttle to turn sharp and depending on the boat it will feel like it's sliding instead of turning.

He is correct on the water headers. Only thing is some lakes or towns have city ordinance against over transam headers.

Use a meat thermometer. Smoke until 195 degrees. Be sure and spray with apple juice or beef broth to avoid drying it out. Smoke at around 225-250
