Fresh Southwind project
« on: December 03, 2011, 08:40:40 AM »
Got a whole boat but in a bunch of pieces haha. Its an 18ft southwind with fresh paint (kandy black cherry & white) set up for a 455 which i have and is in great running condition (needs some pretty work done to it if ur picky) and also set up for a berkley 12jg which operates awesome (needs a snout o-ring and some paint to make it pretty). Also i have all the steering and throttle linkage. I have the interior which is stripped down to the wood (i was redoing it but had $ issues). I have gas tanks, a battery switch, some misc gauges and other random parts. No exhaust i sold it already thinking i wasnt gonna sell the whole thing. The boat is registered until the end of the month but i will pay it if someone is interested. Also the trailer is register and i have the pink slip for both the boat and trailer. The trailer works perfectly fine but it does need to be painted. Its painted black but its got some over spray on it from when i painted the boat. If your interested let me know and we can work on a price for everything. Ill go take some pics and post them up later today or tomorrow. I hate to sell it but i got slammed by the repo company and they took my truck and i gotta get it back. Hit me up and let me know. Thanks everyone.

you need to post the link to the AD not to the management page for the ad.  using that link i can go and edit your add to make it say you're selling bunny slippers...

... nm you fixed it.  you have any higher resolution pix of the paint and insides?  if u want i can post em up for ya.  its hard to see the "fresh paint"    feel free to send em to derek.w.engstrom@gmail.com

Its a great running motor for sure. Turns about 4600rpm at a little over 70mph. never had a problem with it what so ever. She could use a lil sprucing up cosmetic wise but other than that it runs sooo sweeeet............

Still up for sale if anyones interested. Reg for 2013 is payed for. I cant find a f******** motor for the life of me so i guess ill sell this boat and buy a complete. Unless anyone has any suggestions or leads on a motor.....looking for a 454. Working on a bit of a budget i dont know if i can totally break a motor down and rebuild like i would like to but anything anybody knows would be awesome. Thanks everyone.
