Looking really good Proppy....

I think the reason you were able to get the inspection hole out of the hull so "early" is the "0" degree transom...Looks killer...

I actually worked on the Carrera tonight, you inspired me. Is that gay?  :-\

Nope, as long as Carrera is White Trash II and not the name of a sheep...........

Looking good Proppy! Glass work sux! I swore I'd never do it again after Moo, but......here I am......with about what seems like 2 acres of the stuff to play with........ :banghead:

Tell me about the Rabbits again, George............

Proppy, Nobody said nuttin about you going THAT far. I kept quiet about the Predators (Something I wanna try) But DAMN!

Oh, and BTW, put that 8-71 on the kitchen counter where it belongs.......... ;) We have standards around here for those things......

LOL, It is sitting on the kitchen counter, now.  I moved it right after I took the pics.  :sly:  Way to dirty out in the garage for something like that.

BTW,   You only live once, right.  If this boat even tries to be slow I swear it will get injection, more compression, and some real "fuel".  >:D

You remind me of why I bought the 6-71, and later the other two last fall. yet to finalize what's goin into what yet....but Tom made a comment to me when I questioned why everything he did seemed to be Blown. Answer was classic, like yours.

"You only go around once, might as well go for the Gusto!"    ;)

 Ray,

Take 2 of those 671s and put them in "project double trouble".   That thing needs a pair of blown BBFs !!  >:D

I'd love to! Really I would. Been fighting my inner self on this since this thing even came up. But this thing came with sooo much new stuff. Pistons, cams, intakes, carbs, ignitions, much more. All of it would go in the trash or on Craigs list, for one. Two BBF blower intakes alone would cost me well over 2k!!! Let alone the drive pulleys, idlers.....Would be cool as hell, I agree, but I gotta finance this thing!  :screwy:

Looks like you're in the right arena though!

I have to admit, your right about that Ray. BBF blower stuff is really pricey compared to the deals out there on the Chevy stuff.  Thats why this ones gettin a Chevy (propless hangs his head in shame  :'().  No mighty BBF in this one.  :(

But theres still the Daytona sitting in line back there. Maybe by then I'll win the Loto, buy some of the Kaase "Boss 9" heads and a blower for that one too.

You would be surprised how much HP you can get out of a stroked out ford!! I make more on PUMP GAS then some of my blower friends do on race gas!

LOL, now THAT would be something.  No hanging your head tho, what you're undertaking here is article material. (Much like how I'm handling the twin jet deal). But you're all OVER that thing!  I run a chebbie too, and it will be blown........soon..........VERY soon.....

I'll stuff a Blower on a Ford at some point, probably. Just can't convince myself it's worth the expense on two of them in the same boat!  :sly: Kinda like Marc said, I'm probably gonna get 500 or so HP from each engine as they sit with all the new parts, Should be more than adequate on this particular boat.

Funny you just got rid of a bunch of boats and now you got a lineup that kinda resembles mine, lol.

Always loved the Brendella tunnel.  I loved the long lines and the hydo heritage. If you have unlimited funds laying arround how about a T-58 turbine tucked in the back of that thing!  Found this to prove my point.http://fliiby.com/file/625283/2umev7yi4q.htmlThink of the whine of the jet and tears of the wife!

Thanks for the heads up John, good info.

No progress to show on the boat,  Redoing a bathroom (not the dogs fault this time ;D).  Also have to take care of some other projects around the house, pool is green, back lawn is brown, and now my mom wants a new deck on here house.  :banghead:   Good thing I didnt plan on getting this thing on the water this year.

I don't think Proppy's gonna need any NOS with what he's got going on with this thing.  ;)
