Things I did today:
1. Cut my stringer support with a "U" look to it, glassed over the cut, painted the glass work.
2. Replaced the floor.
3. Strengthened the bulkhead and reglassed it.
4. Installed the battery mount, water fuel seperator, and fuel valve.
5. Ran the water and fuel lines.
6. Liquid Nails some seat supports in.

         :o      O0

Things I still need to do.
1. Install the logs and snails (exhaust gaskets on order, coming in tomorrow afternoon).
2. Hook up the existing wiring to the engine.
3. Gas tanks need to be installed.
4. Exhaust outlets need to be repaired (missing flapper doors) and reinstalled.
5. Exhaust outlets are 3 1/2" and the snails outlets are 2 3/4" (find some 3 1/2" hose?).
6. The engine's aluminum needs to be cleaned and the engine needs a little bit of touch-up paint.
7. Install valve covers.
8. Check/replace cables.
9. Modify and strengthen the seats (wood is weak, longer engine than what it had in it before).
10. Shorten the rear seat cushions (about 3 inches).
11. Make gas tank covers.
12. Carpet (I bought the carpet today, enough for 2 boats probably ??? ).
13. Install rub rail.
14. Paint touchups.
15. Jacuzzi WJ transom cover plugs (different than Bekeley's plugs).
16. Paint the trailer.
19. Pinstripe boat and trailer.

Things I did yesterday:
1. Figured out what wires are what.
2. Filled the starboard gas tank with gas and checked it to see if it leaked and if the pick up tube is OK. All good.
3. Removed the battery mount 'cause it hits the gas tank.   :-[
4. Did my engine touch up paint.
5. Replaced the spark plugs.
6. Felt sick.   :P I went to sleep until I had to pick up my daughter from her work at 11:30.  :(

I have a pretty full day at work so it'll be another short after-work day today.

Things I still need to do.
1. Gas tanks need to be installed.
2. Install the logs and snails.
3. Hook up the existing wiring to the engine.
4. Exhaust outlets need to be repaired (missing flapper doors) and reinstalled.

How much exhaust line do you need? I have 1 26" piece of this and one more (if I can find it in my pile that is maybe 1/2 that length)

That won't work in my application but thanks a lot for the offer The Chaz!!  ;D

3. Installed the logs and snails.
4. Hooked up the wiring to the engine.

very nice, looks like you are making alot of progress on your list, keep it up

Thanks!

Things I did today:
1. Finished the exhaust (got used AFU outlets in the right size, heated/dug out/broke the existing AFU studs, tapped threads/made new stainless studs/installed studs, installed the undersized outlets in the oversized transom holes, got the right hose and installed the hose).
2. Installed the cleats (because the further the project gets along the harder it was going to be to install them).
3. Carpeted most of the floor (one piece!).

My friend Don did an awesome job on installing the carpet!
I have a pretty full day at work tmorrow so it'll be another short after-work day.

Things I still need to do.
1. The engine's aluminum needs to be cleaned.
2. Install valve covers.
3. Install throttle.
4. Modify and strengthen the seats (wood is weak, longer engine than what it had in it before).

6. Paint touchups.
7. Jacuzzi WJ transom cover plugs (different than Bekeley's plugs).
8. Paint the trailer.
9. Pinstripe boat and trailer.

IF I get the seats re-built in time I can possibly have it on the water this Sunday!!!!

But the fact is that I am exhausted. I went in the garage to get a wrench and I came out of the garage with a set of allen wrenches.   ???  I can't pick up me feet.   ;D

Whaaaaaaa :'(  LMFAO   ;D
