The community is The Palms River Resort in North Needles 2 minutes off the 40 frwy at the River Road exit. The Avi Casino is about 12 minutes north and 15 to 20 minutes more to Laughlin. The community is very active and holds many events through out the year. I actually live in Willow Valley myself and transfered here from SoCal to sell homes in this community. I have worked with this developer for almost a decade and know this communith inside and out. I have been on the water boating since I was a youngster and know the river pretty well also.
