[ Specified attachment is not available ]2000 31.5 ft. Fleetwood Prowler with a 12 ft. slide out.  I'm the original owner.  One of the nicest spots in the park.  It's fully covered by a canopy, has an outdoor shower area, gated patio, shed, satellite, new air conditioner, new water heater, hooked up to sewer, enough parking for 2 boats plus...  Asking 22k

More picks to come.

the normal space rent is 280 plus electricity. He says this one is hooked up to sewer, I believe they are a little more but not by much.

If you don't mind me asking did you install the canopy or did someone local do it? If it was a local company, do you have their contact info. I would like to have one installed over my space in Lost Lake. Thanks Andrew

RR474, I would double check on your choice of awnings, the powers that be made us all take down our shade cloth awnings :banghead: There are a couple of options for metal awning, and a guy in camp that does them.

Thanks for the info HONDO_JET, that sucks. I can see how the metal roof on the trailer next to me, looks much better than the canvas or tarp canopy NOT. Lol and sorry for the tread jack.
