WOW!!!

When you sell it , your gonna regret it! You should look into maybe renting once a month just so it pays for itself till you are 100% sure!

here are some pics of the inside of the trialer. mind you they were not taken for sale photos. i just took some pics of the inside. if i was going to make a for sale add i would have cleaned up a bit. lol

here is a pic of the outside. its the 5th wheel in the background. it was the first trip of the season so the canopy tarp was not on yet.

no one is interested?

this might be a one time offer. lol.

basicly i have too many toys. right now the river trailer, my VR4, and the aquaholic are all for sale. as soon as i sell one the price or availability of the others is probably going to change. lol

i have not put this on craigslist yet cause i want it to go to someone i know. getting a spot on the river for 10k is pretty hard to do.

i am with ya. i am having a garage sale. lol. selling some of the toys i dont use anymore. like the yellow rocket, i have had that car forever and she is fast as hell. someone is going to get a killer deal on that thing. cause i got like 30k under the hood alone. and i am only asking like 12k for the entire car. but i have to move something to pay for the new boat. plus i need a parking spot.

Sorry to see you are selling the trailer at McIntyre.

Over the years we have thought about getting a trailer there but we dont go enough so thats why we stay in a hotel.

i am not going to be upset if i dont sell the trailer. i love that place and it is worth everypenny. the only reason i am looking to sell is cause i want a new motorhome. so if i sell the river trailer and trade in my diesel pusher i should be able to get what i want out of an RV.

just a side note I am going to start renting out the trailer for the weekends. so if you or anyone you know want to stay in it for a weekend just hit me up and we will work it out

I am selling my fith wheel trailer at Mcintyre park. 10k takes the trailer and the spot. large cement slab, covered parking, and a shed in the back.

the outside trailer pic was taken when i was putting the new sun cover on the awning a few months ago.

if i took another 1000 off the price would that make anyone intersted. It is already the lowest priced trailer in the park and i have one of the better spots. i am just looking to try something else cause we have already been there for 4 years. i think i want to try out the havasu area...

let me know

What year is the trailer? Is the trailer also easily disconnected to tow elsewhere, if need be? What if any, are the added costs besides rent? Some more curiosity questions. Just trying to figure out if it is something doable for me :beer:

rent is 250 a month and i usually leave the fridge on so its about 260 a month. other cost would be propane but two bottles usually lasts me two years. lol. i have only filled them once since i have had the trailer. other than that there are no other fees. i would imagine you could pulll the trailer out. it is in there pretty good plus the awning butts right up to it. so getting it in and out might be a hassle. i never tried. I really dont want to sell this trailer. i love mcintyre park. if it does not sell i wont be mad i would just like to try to hit other parts of the river more often.

let me know if you got any more questions
