Going back together finally. Hoping to have it back in the water next weekend in Parker

We got the v-drive back together with the new
whril away in it and bolted back in the boat

how did she do? Did you move the motor forward a little bit or is that the same location as before?

Yep, I will be out there thanksgiving. It ran great, motor is still in the same spot, we did put 3 nickels in the prop shaft seemed to  bring some of the lift out of the nose

Sounds great Chris....598 in a flatty....shoot....i just dropped the ol mantra off at JBP today to get the pump done...i will try to get out there for thanksgiving weekend..but not sure...

After I told my son to take it easy on the new engine, some guy in a t-deck went out and ran him. They where pretty evenly matched, first pass my son almost staked it up this was the second pass.

Dad got to drive too, really bitchen watching my dad take his grandson for ride. Kid has more balls then me, I was always scared to ride with my dad.

Finally got it done, but we do still have a few issues to work out, and we still have to get the other boat back together for Buckeye too
