That's got to be a 4-6 drop. Sure does look good but I am not interested in notching my frame, but that's just me.

Mine was stiff when working it back and forth on the trailer.
Once I got it on the water and under power, it was amazing!

I have a 2011 Chevy Quad Cab with a 4/6 McGaughys lowering kit on it witth 22's. I had to add bags to the back to keep it off the frame. But It still rides like its stock.

Yes, that Dmax is the animal! I've been around a lot of small diesel, lb for lb they kick arse!

Wiring nightmare though for a conversion.

12 valve Cummins is crude and simple. 12 volts to start and turn off and run your stereo. Dmax would never get the mileage... I love a loud, obnoxious ass diesel that you can't sneak up on folk with.

Ain't saying can't be done, that would be a badass project. Tons of power and a six speed in a badass low slung dually.

Whose kit did you use? Do you have a profile pic of your truck? I've got an '01 I'm considering dropping.

I used a Bell tech kit. I'll see if I can dig up a profile pic.

This is the only other pic I could find and of course it's sitting on a weird angle. It looks a little lower when sitting level especially the back but not much. Hope this helps
