The United States Postal Service will be short $5.5 Billion this year and will not be able to fund pensions.
To make up this shortfall, the USPS introduces the Barak Obama stamp thinking it would boost the USPS income by $8.8 Billion. It was a complete failure as the stamps would not stick to the letters.
When the USPS did an investigation on why the stamps would not stick, they found that most people were spitting on the wrong side.
