I know he's rebuilding his boat with a fervor.....now I know how he's affording it! Didn't know he was the stand in drumer for Chickenfoot!

Love love love all the music these guys have made before forming 'Foot, but haven't liked anything since.  Never thought that anything they did as the "Supergroup" was all that great.  But if this song is any indication it seems as though they have kinda found their own sound now.  These guys were always known as fun to be around, and now you can hear that in the music.  The concept in the vid could be right outta early VH and the style is loose but the music technically is pretty tight.  Sammy's voice hasn't suffered a bit over time,.  Hell I think the guy just turned 60!  Joe is Joe, Mike is always right under the surface,keeping everybody on time and Chad? is not pushed into the background at all.

Now with all that outta my system -- What The Hell Is The Back Story Here Ray?   We gotta know !!!   :-\

I dunno. I was sent a link quite awhile back that Chad hadda do some "Chili Peppers" stuff so he handed the sticks to his bud for the recording sessions. Sammy's been off doing tour stuff with the Wabos while Chad was in the studio, and is now on tour I think, with the Chili Peppers. I guess Sam's Gulfstream has been working overtime over the summer.

Didn't think much of it until I watched the Webcast Tuesday, then searched the video and thought, DAMN....... that's NATE!!!!!

We can all say "We knew that guy way back when........... >:D  "
