« on: July 11, 2011, 09:24:46 PM »
we just killed a cow last month and got the meat back from the butcher on friday,so today I did a fresh brisket.2 hours in the BBQ smoker at 150 degrees with mesquite charcoal , then wrapped in foil with 1 can of beer back on the BBQ for 4-5 hours at 250 degrees then, back on the grill over mesquite charcoal  for 2 hours mopping with sauce to finish. serve with coleslaw and my wifes homemade cheese biscuits.
