Christmas Dinner
« on: December 24, 2010, 03:35:24 PM »
Usually we do the prime rib deal, but this year the kids called dibs and so . . .  we got green pork enchiladas.
The picture doesn't do it justice, but I guarantee there will be no leftovers.   Now I just have to decide on the right beer to go with them.
