Title: Smoked Tri Tip

Smoked Tri Tip with a dry rub. Smoked for 5 hours.

Looks good. I smoke tri tip quite often, I just have a Traeger tho. I use dry cowboy rub, smoke it at 200-225 til internal temp is 135. I like the middle medium rare. Delicious

Man I need a smoker! I always cook mine on low heat on my gas grill. Good but I'm sure the smoker has an advantage

I got mine in March. Used it  bunch!!! Love it. Went with an electric Masterbuilt. Trying fish for the first time this weekend.

ill tell you this. not much better then having the smoker at a cove and boating. then taking a break and eating
