Saw the other day at the Liquor store that they were selling small bags of Jack Daniels Whiskey Barrels for using in the smoker.  :thumbup:

Ya these pelllets are made from the mellowing charcoal that JD use to mellow there whiskey. The JD pellets are my favorite. I use to be able to get them from wally world, but havent seen them there in awhile. I have been buying them from www.bbqrsdelight.com  they are easy to use, i make the pouches up before hand when I go on trips. The smoke that they put out is unreal, and the flavor, on anything you BBQ is awesome :thumbup: :thumbup: :beer:

My favorite pork recipe calls for mustard, brown sugar and JD.   Using these in the smoker for this recipe makes it just that much mo betta.   Eating a pork roast that I've cooked is better than sex   O0




Or maybe the wife is lying to me ?   Naaaaaaaww . . .                                                                      She wouldn't do that would she ???

  Thats funny :thumbup:  Your recipe sounds good too :beer: The pellets, for me is the easy way, so I dont have to fire up my smoker ;)
