for roast def Prime Rib I have 4 10 lb ones in the freezer now just looking for an excuse to cook one but for steak best flavor and tenderness is hands down New York strip

ahh it wasn't that bad at all GlassCutter, i cooked'em for a few minutes a side. it's when people are worried about killing the bacteria and they over cook them and then it turns to rubber. but i know still squid though
