Finally found the hull I’ve been searching for only took three years but well worth the wait. Now time to start the re-build 1985 Rogers TR19

Thank you, almost pulled the trigger a couple times but in the end really glad I waited. Looking forward to re doing the Rogers

Well got the pump out. Hopefully soon it will be off to get it rebuilt with some new extras and motor plates

Thank you, yes can’t wait till I have all the parts back together. Waiting on pump, motor plates and rail kit at B1, then off to interior at martinez marine.

What horse power are you estimating? What did you pick up the boat for? Curious to hear what the market is like for a Tr. What year is yours? I have a 79.

Thank you, wanted to get the boat out of the water some more so went for the full droop. Hopefully later down the road I’ll set the pump back a bit and install a ride plate. Pump was done by B1, all new internals, detailed bowl and B cut impeller. Looking around 350 to 400 range for power. For the hull I picked it up from an original owner in Havasu just hull and pump and shot interior for 3500. Boat is a 1985

Nice. Colors look very 80s. I like it. That is what I have in my boat. B impeller around 400hp
Inducer on pump no droop or ride plate. Only place diverter.
5400 rpm GPS 64 mph.
I think my boat should be faster.?

Well finally finished her up and took to Elsinore. Ran great and definitely happy with the outcome. First Rogers hull and love the way it handles.
