Title: Boat floatation devise/marker

My buddies got a wild hair ta put his blown injected sbc out of his FED into his 18' Kona.
What do we put on the boat so I can find it and get it off the botton of the lake. Bouy with rope?
He lacks the "I better lift" gene. ;D No pump work on boat so maybe only 90mph or so? Where on the boat do we put it? Help!!

You sure that little thing will be able to float that sucker up Plesh? I'll be in Grand Junction, colorado come March 7th... Just get him to finish her up by then........
