Ok, so i watched the video of the regatta in Idaho.. ummmm I think since the track (Orange show speedway) where i have raced the past several years has been converted to dirt racing.. I might want to give this a try.
Im not against dirt racing at all, in fact i might kick together a sport mod to race there. I would like some ideas of a boat to aquire for such racing( or does anyone have a retired hull), Im willing to provide my time to help out on a team if needed to get my foot in the door. any input would be greatly appreciated, Thanks again

Contact MrEracer (Shirl) here on the boards. He is the class rep and he may have a lead on a boat.
I'll PM his # to you

If you just want to get your feet wet, I am always looking for help. All of my help in the pits mainly comes from fellow SCJB members.
It's a new year, recently got promoted and a raise so racing this year will be a little more affordable. So its time to get cranking on the new motor. I will be posting progress on the site by the end of the week.

Let me know Brad, Obviously by my screen name i am a little familiar with racing, although it might be difficult for me to make a boat handle better with tire pressure changes..LOL

Its all the same concept, just applied in different ways ;) racing experience of any sorts brings in new/different ideas and is always welcomed
