. Lot's of guys do I have done it. They just want 20 bucks. I have never seen anyone pulled over for it.

Mine are always dry and iv launched and idled out right next to the johnny law boat without being hassled..

I ran dry last weekend and I got a thumbs up from the water patrol when I passed them
