I believe it's a Record 7, built by Mike Butler and the bottom is based off a Hallett.

Yes, it was on craigslist. It is a Record 7(I have the same gas pedal). I hope it does have a Hallet bottom because I had a Hallet 19 bubble deck, great boat. My plans are to make a solid family boat out of it. Some glass work(sub-floor & seat frames) , would like to run 65mph, so planning on around 500-550 hp BBC, also going to machine some billet plates/rails for motor.
