Neither. The gel on this boat is in very good shape and I bought the scoop specifically for the paint job that is on it.
Maybe it is just me, but i think the scoop looks pretty good on the boat.

They were taken at Willow Beach, 11 miles below Hoover dam, on the AZ side. The others were taken in a cove a few miles down river from Willow.
