Had alot of rain over the weekend. Actually, it's still raining now. This is a very nice mid-80's Advantage that resides just up the street from my work.

haha. go help that dude out and tell him to buy a 2x4 and put it from the scoop to the deck. i came home one day and had a lake havasu in my boat cover too. heh.

Mine ended up like that before....I now use two tarps. One breathable cloth (I lay some vinyl siding on it) then a gray tarp. A box or milk crate would of saved that one....

We must of had some pretty hellish winds yesterday. The traffic cone that I had propped up in the center of my boat got seperated from the base. Luckily I had a tarp over the cover and only a small omount of water got in.

That's what my boat looked like this morning! The damn thing was sinking in my driveway. If this goes on for the rest of the week like they say I may have to add another support under the cover.

Pickle does that now that she's outside! A few pieces of PVC, a couple elbows and T's, good to go....... :thumbup:

Huh. Thats what happened to mine, and now I have a thread under "HULLS" about ripping out floatation, and everything rotting. Mine got flooded last June, and has been stored inside since that time, but still has some trapped water in it after almost a year. I now have a few holes in my floor with fans running hopeing to dry out, and save my boat. However, I have been around boats my whole life, and every one I have ever seen has been left out in the rain at one time or another, and got drenched. Most boats "usefull life" is over before they ever rot to a point that makes them unsafe, but jet boats seem to "live" alot longer than a normal runabout, so I try to do all I can to keep mine dry.
