Hey y'all figure I would start a build thread on this hip machine, got the boat complete about 3 or so months ago. Suppose to have a lot of history. Rumor has it its name was Rock Daddy. My dad always wanted a pickle fork so this is what we ended up with. As of now we have stripped the boat down to hull and intake. I'm gonna do my best to have it ready by Memorial Day but if not it will be ripping up a river near you on Father's Day weekend. New specs on this bad boy include a B1 pump with new stainless impeller and inducer, Bostick rebuild of the Frankenstein blower motor that has been in 4 boats. Switched over to aluminum heads, roller cam, and finally figured out what's in the bottom end. Shooting for a real 750hp. Not the barely 700 it might have made on a 65 degree morning with a nos bottle opened up in front of it. Hopefully gonna shoot for the list on this sweet pickle. Looking for high 90s to low 100's. I have never set up or drove a Daytona so this should be fun. Hope you all enjoy!
