definately.. little more info on the boat.. came from outside Vegas, purchased with blown motor - old owner rebuilt motor and milkshaked it.. rear main bearing's spun. crank should be done tomorrow.. I also will get pics of the powdercoated goodness as soon as it's done.
the Weiand Tunnel ram & scoop are going Mirror black from columbia coatings, the butterflys on the scoop are going mirror red from the same place.. already ordered the powder for the carbs - they're going 'xtreme chrome' from Tiger Drylac - check that stuff out, it's amazing. Dunno 'bout the valve covers yet.. theyre SVO covers, thinking gunmetal with mirror or flat black in for the Ford/SVO logo.
the boat, when running right was gps'ed at 67mph@6200rpm. thats with a stock A impeller.. the bowl appears to have some work done to it too.. from doing some research looks like i need to step up so a B impeller. also thinking of doing a droop/jetovator. oh, and paint's in there too.. let me just check my money tree in the back yard
on that note... anyone have a MSD 6AL and a mini starter for a 460..
(and it begins.. haha.)
