Good looking boat.
Welcome to SCJB ;D
To help save you from catching any "crap" from the v-drive guys your boat is not a "flat bottom" it's a "jet boat" with a shallow "v" ;)
A "real" flat bottom is totally flat across the rear and mostly found with v-drives (very few were jets).

Hmmm, local to you is Lake Elsinore, Castaic, Pyramid, Piru. A little drive and you're at Big River, or Blythe, Needles area is fun, so is Laughlin.

Nice boat and you could also try Silverwood, it might be a little bit of a drive but for you but it is a decent lake. Not crowded at all during the week, it gets crowded on the weekends though.
