Title: Just picked up myself a earl smith 18' gullwing
Post by: Derrick on April 19, 2016, 12:46:07 AM: She is a project but going to be sweet. I'm also in need of a road trailer considering I didn't want to get the dolly if anyone has a gullwing trailer please let me know.

How did I miss this. lol. I'm going with a dark metallic grey to match my truck. All black hardware, black pump, and that's about as far as I got. Maybe a design but I like the look of 18's when they're solid.

Flipper her over, took the gunnel braces out and made new ones that connect to the stringers and a water dam, removed the cut out for the valve because it was not installed straight by previous owner, made a new one and re installed it. Fixed some stress cracks. No I just gotta glue everything in place. Do finish work and it's primer time then paint.

Nice. I seen Kelly post a pic of the rail kit. Gonna be a clean float for sure. Lmk is you need a second set of hands and eyes when you're getting ready to put it back together. I'm always down to give a helping hand.
