no drake told me about it but i didnt ask for it thought maybe he wanted to keep it for memories i guess him and the wife worked on it.. IF he would have offerd i would have taken it haha.. the little problems are bad distributer leaks oil and something in the wireing when you shut the key off it likes to keep running lol :banghead: then i bought a battery from walmart went to parker and it broke down on me.. i thought it was the starter but come to find out on sunday after it sat all weekend the battery had a bad cell in it..but oh well boat is fun to drive and gets lots of complaments every where i go...

Ha ha !
Derek and his then girlfriend tore the boat down to fiberglass and replaced everything from the wood up.
They spent the entire summer sanding the hull top and bottom.
She was there stroke for stroke through the sanding process under a hot ass canopy.
He put the boat together pretty fast time wise and did have some issues to sort out .
Nothing that kept him off the water though.
My understanding was that it was all minor stuff like his gas gauge that always read full :banghead:
The motor wasn't even fired when bought it and I don't remember him using that much.
Hope you enjoy it.
Sweet little ride.
