yeah it was a struggle, but it is for the better, already took the wife and kids out on the new one and it was great, eats up rough water, kids are safe and the boy loves it ;D
then i get a call from forkedups new owner yesterday, he already broke her, says the steering locked up and now the end of the pump is hanging off the boat broken :sly:, gonna take a ride out there after work and see what is going on :banghead:

2000 kachina 26' force, 496 bravo 1 open bow mid cuddy, good sized stereo, 2 amps, crossover, 2 12's, 4 6x9's, 2 6 1/2's, 2 2" tweets, alpine, boston, mtx, couple small things i want to do, just to personalize it ;D, runs great, very comfortable, eats rough water up like nothing, very solid, i was skeptical about the kachina for awhile, did some asking around, looked at a couple kachinas and a few sleekcrafts, hull is damn near identical to a 26 sleekcraft it seems, from what i have been told this is the "prototype" or first force built, was run by louie the owner of kachina for a while then he sold it, numbers are 00001, was also told it was used in a couple of pornos by vivid entertainment, i will be researching that in depth >:D and sterilizing the hell out of the boat ;D, this one will stay with the family for a couple years then will move on to something different, best thing is, the wife loves it and will let the kids ride in it, with plenty of room to walk around and not step on eachother.

he is not really puting it on me yet, i told him i would come out and look at it and help him with it, i will post later after i see the boat and see what exactly happened, he was calling me from the middle of the lake waiting for a tow so he could not be real clear, he just said the part where the cables attatch to the jet was hanging off the boat

i really like it, cruised it all day sat and a couple hours on sunday, great gas milage and way comfortable, i reallly wanted another eliminator but $$$$ was not there, pics do not do it justice (especially the crappy cell phone ones)
