Title: New to the board, heres what im rockin
Post by: Colesifer on September 20, 2010, 06:55:49 AM: hey guys, im new to the board and actually new to boating. this is my first boat, although i have been boating with friends for years this is the first one i can call my own. its a 81 Bahner with a ford 460 and a berkely pump.

im looking forward to the next season of boating for sure. i picked this thing up a little late in the season so im definatly looking forward to a full season next year.

here are a few pics for you guys to check out...tell me what ya think!!

Post by: Colesifer on September 20, 2010, 05:24:38 PM: thanks guys, the boat has a fresh rebuild on both the engine and pump. only 10 hours on both since fresh. so thats good news. the boat was his second boat and it set in his garage alot and didnt get any use. he loved it and took amazing care of it. like i said. garage kept only.

im definatly lucky to get such a nice boat for my first but he cut me such a great deal on it i had to take it. my friend here in town has a hondo and we are going to be doing some serious boating next season so im exited to meet some of you guys along the way.

any info you can give me is greatly apreciated. thanks guys

Those pictures are of MINE and MY WIFES townhouse. Pictures of OUR boat. This guy is lying. That is our hallett in the background. The boat is in Flagstaff. The boat has since been painted white. The motor is a 460, currently getting work done on it. What the fuck is going on. I don't know how some asshole got pictures of my boat. I'll post current pictures in a minute and other pictures of MY boat at MY house.

Above are the pictures of the same boat, in my garage, at my house. And of my hallett, which is in the background of the pictures he posted. You can tell its the same place. Not sure what the fuck hes trying to do.

myself and FlagstaffJet were talking and had aranged a deal on me buying his boat...what i thought was the bahner. i didnt know that he had the hallet for sale and was no longer selling the bahner since i was looking at the bahner ad and not the hallet ad. it was pretty confusing at the time.... i was so exited about it that i took the pics that i had to put up on here to get input. the deal obviously fell threw later on and i went to buy a project boat. myself and him kept in contact and he ended up buying the project hallet that i baught.

was it dumb to put up pics of a boat i didnt own as of yet?? of course. however, the exitment was crazy and i wasnt thinking right.

so i do apologise for my actions and hope that maybe some of you can understand why i did what i did. if not i guess ill be boating by myself.

Post by: Colesifer on February 27, 2011, 07:44:50 PM: well i am buying a boat when i go out to california in just a couple of weeks to bring my truck home. its a very nice float and im very exited to be taking ownership of it. im buying it from the 2nd owner of it and he kept it in amazing condition. Small block boat.

i will post pics and all of the info when i get it hitched up to my truck.

could i have gone about it differently? yes...maybe not at all?? absolutly. but i didnt. i f-d up i apologised.
