I've been lurking for a while so I thought I would post a few pics of my boat.

WOW..!!
I really need to do some work, i couldn't get more than low 50's out of GPS on mine.
I'm sure a Southwind is lighter than my Belmont, but i dont see my motor being much less powerful.
You hiding a bottle in there somewhere.? ;)

Welcome nice boat
-
Thanks everyone.. no bottle there.. It's just a light boat and setup nicely. We'll it was running well. Under the blue tarp behind it is a bass boat that I take my dad out on. ;D

welcome... Sweet boat

WELCOME !!Very nice boat ! that little SW T deck has always been one of our favorites !

thanks a lot everyone.. I picked it up 3 years ago from a guy in Scottsdale Arizona. I travel to Tucson AZ for work and picked her up on ebay. Long Haul back east, but well worth it

What is it with Tucson? I found my Sanger there also. Must be something in the water!

Must be something there.. There isn't much water in Tucson though :) :o ;D

I never really thought about how different the lid of the Formula mold is compared to the standard Southwind. I have always noticed the obvious like the T-Deck and the slanted gunnels but I never noticed the back portion towards the transom is actually smaller too. It must be nice to have all that room to get to the back of the engine and pump. Nice boat by the way…

Your right.. they are quite a bit different. Yours is nice too. The slanted gunnels are nice, but they collect water which really isn't that big a deal
