Motor is in it and running. We have taken it out 3 times to test it, first time the transom plate was leaking, pulled it off and there was no oring, resealed it and took it back out to find the packing pissing like a water hose! The boat is at GS marine getting looked at and having the packing replaced! Next weekend I hope I make the river!
