My 1978 Hallett
« on: June 29, 2010, 05:43:41 PM »
Alright, finally got some decent pictures over the last weekend. Been hanging around on the site for a couple months, but now I can show you my 1st jet boat.

Back story: There has been 3 previous owners to this boat:
1. My moms uncle bought brand new in '79.
2. Sold to my parents around '87.
3. Sold to family/friend around '01
4. I bought in '09

So that being said, it is a 21' with a 454 chevy stroker, comp cam, SRP Pistons, merlin heads, 850 holley dub pump carb, m/t valve covers, msd distributor, berk pump w/ hydro place diverter.

I am far from a mechanic, but I love boats and beer. Enjoy and I hope to see some of you out there.

(I will be out at needles / topock over July 4)

The problem with America is stupidity. I'm not saying there should be a capital punishment for stupidity, but why don't we just take the safety labels off of everything and let the problem solve itself?
