Yes all true. Thanks for the compliments it will be tough to get any thing out of Dennis because I'm not sure yet. I guess I will see what tomorrow brings. It's only for sale on SoCal right now. Tomorrow I will put it out there on a bunch of different sites. Looks like it's going to be a busy winter when we do make a decision.
