Title: 19' CP gullwing
Post by: River Dad on April 22, 2009, 08:57:46 PM: Ok guys, here is the deal someone has been looking for. 1999 CP 19' gullwing. Boat was first completed in 2004 and has very low hours. Gen VI 454 with 4 bolt main, steel crank, forged pistons, Dooley 10qt pan, lightning rail kit, MSD ignition, steel braided lines, polished intake manifold and cast Teague v/c's, Holley carb, brand new pump from Bad Habit Racing with new alum A, droop, manual diverter with nozzle insert, rideplate and shoe by MPD, IMCO stainless tanks, Autometer silver face gauges, tandem axle Comp trailer with chrome fenders.

This boat is super clean and is an outstanding deal. I'll have pics up by this weekend. Don't ask me how it's so cheap, but 13.5k cash takes it away..........

This boat will not last..........

Post by: River Dad on April 22, 2009, 09:38:41 PM: It will be here Friday for more PICS. I've seen the boat in person and I was very impressed. A customer bought it off Drag Boat City.com for the Teague 509 roller motor. If you go to that site and look under boats for sale, it will be near the bottom. The 509 is going in the new hull that was at the Elsinore race. The 454 was a crate marine motor and has very low hours. Eddie's guys did the pump. This will be a very nice river boat and he just wants to blow it out, so , down the road it goes..........

This is a very clean boat and even Bill Scotten wants to buy it back. I have not advertised it anywhere but here, but tonight I will be putting it on PB and craigslist.

Post by: River Dad on April 26, 2009, 07:42:39 AM: Took the boat out last night for a shakedown run and I still have a grin......... this thing is bad ass and rides really nice. I think it even likes light chop better than glass. That roller 509 puts you in the seat hard. Motor will be out today and the boat is ready to take home. Don't know if i mentioned it or not, but I'll let it go with any combo. Complete turn key, less motor, or less motor and pump.... Come get it ;D ;D ;D

Scotten is on his way back from Phoenix and wants it back for inventory. Either way it will be gone tomorrow. I gaurantee there won't be any this clean or even close to this age for this price....... this is the price of a bare hull, and it's only really been wet for 3 seasons...

Just posted on Perf Boats. Lots of interested PM's but no takers yet. This must be a sign of the times, I remember a couple of years ago this would have been posted and sold in 30 minutes. I could see if it was an older 80's boat that needed tons of work, but this thing is practically new! Somebody will have a good Memorial Day I'm sure......

That is a steal of deal. Would do it if not moving this month and expenses did not go through the roof over the next two months.
