Title: 1973 Miller
Post by: hotrod56cars on July 16, 2007, 07:21:46 AM
1973 Miller 19' jet boat, 1974 Ellis tandem trailer, 455 Olds, Jacuzzi WJ jet drive, river ready, runs excellant, nice interior, new floor, new carpet, new gauges, twin saddle tanks, seats 4 very comfortably and will seat 6 if 4 of them are children or small framed, this is a great family boat! Test rides/drives given with a deposit, deposit will only be returned if a solid reason is given as to why you don't want to buy the boat (misrepresentation). reserve met on eBay, bid high and bid often  ;)

Currently the boat's engine has several small oil leaks which I will try and correct in the next several days. The trailer had a blow out which slightly bent the fender which I will also take care of in the next several days.

Thanks SoCalJetBoats!

Affirmative. I did not forget to mention the tires. But now at least all of my other ads that I posted elsewhere that have a link to this post will also see that it had four new tires on it.  :-\

I asked around quite a bit and I think most people that should know that I asked put it in the low 4K range so a $3800 or best should go pretty quick. It runs excellant!

hey rod....whats is your absolute best price?  I ahve a friend that likes your boat, he just has to convince the wife.  Let me know.

I know 3800 is a killer price! He loves the way you themed it with the Miller Logo.

More than 2400 people have looked at it. 29 people are watching it (probably 27 of those are SoCalJetBoaters ha ha ha). I did get several responses on this ad here. I've watched a lot of boats sales end on eBay and I don't think I saw any of those where the seller was giving his boat away. The problem with eBay is of course non-paying bidders, especially on higher priced items like boats.

Thanks for the offer Ralph! Actually I put it on HotBoat with a link to this thread, but since the reserve got met on eBay I pulled the "spam" ad off of HotBoat. I also had it on three different counties craigslist's and pulled those ads as well. I had 3 calls off of SoCal, one of those also saw it on HotBoat (not sure where he saw it first), and three calls from the craigslist ads (all 3 from the L.A. craigslist ad).
