That is a beautiful boat.
I'm a little confused by the plumbing. I see what is fuel (very nice), but it doesn't look like there would be enough water flow to keep it cool.
Am I missing something?

The water enters the block the same way we ran the water through the "rock dodger", into the block drain holes, this keeps the sediment from filling the block, works (really good) look under the headers. Still in love by the way... :P

Never had an issue with flow, the holes in the block were 3/8" pipe (in stock form are 1/4" pipe thread) and we had plenty of water to keep things cool, keep in mind, it looks to me like the only thing it needs water for is the engine, the headers are that of the "dry" variety.
It does not take a lot of GPM to keep these big blocks cool, figure the average temp of the lakes around here is about 60-70*.
BTUH= GPM x Temp diff. in Farenhiet x 500 (for H2O)
So lets say the engine runs at 140* which would mean the water leaving the block would have to be close.
So BTUH= GPM x (140*-70* = 70*) x 500 (for H20)
Now lets say the engine requires 175,000 BTU's per hour to keep cool (thats a lot).
So 175,000BTUH= GPM x 70* x 500
And that makes 175,000BTU= 5GPM x 70* x 500
5 GPM can easily be obtained through two 1/4" holes at about 15 psi. IMHO
In case you were wondering where the hell the 500 is from;
Water has a specific heat of one (1) which means it takes 1 BTU to increase one lb. of water one degree.
There are 8.33 lbs. of water in one gallon.
There are 60 mins. in one hour
So 60 (m) x 8.33 (lbs.) x 1 = 499.8
