No, not it my opinion, but.......The chances of you selling a boat for any good money at all right now are pretty small. Primarily for economical reasons, but also because it is the end of the boating season (for some of us anyways) and someone will have to store it for three to six months before they get to use it.

Take my motorhome for example, we have put a rediculous amount of money and time in it and I can't sell it for $12k. There were two people interested in it, but they both wanted to live in it, it's only 26' long and they both offered me under $9000 because it was "too small"...WTF? then why did you waste my time.    Get a clue 

So keep posting it and be patient, that's all I got.

i would say yes at any time of year. its not a cp, tx eliminator and so on. i think if it were mine i would set my price at 5k and be willing to take 4,500 depending on how bad you want to sell it.
